Program Staff

Senior Pastor, Marc Gronholz Marc came to Boulevard Park in October of 2001 after spending 16 years at First Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Renton, WA and 7 years with Young Life. Marc received his B.A. from Whitworth College and his M.Div. from Regent College, Vancouver, Canada. His passion is to "shepherd God's flock that is under (his) care" (1 Pet. 5:1) and to "prepare God's people for works of service" (Eph. 4:12). Marc and his wife, Debbie, have been married for 28 years and have three grown sons.

Worship and Care, Pastor John Lee John's desire is to help raise a new generation of worshipers. He uses his background in music performance and his college training to help equip young people with music skills. Having come to Boulevard Park in the fall of 1997, he currently works with visitation ministries along with worship leading. John and his wife, Pat have two grown children, both are married, and three grandchildren. His M.Div. is from Luther Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Director of Women's Ministries, Roma Erdahl After many years in management at Boeing, Roma was called to be the Director of Women's Ministries at BPPC. Among her gifts is the gift of administration and under her leadership, the women at Boulevard have grown in the areas of serving, teaching, discipleship and outreach. Roma is passionate about equipping others for the works of service that God has called them to. She and her husband, Gene, have been active at Boulevard for over 45 years.

Youth Director, Eric Drumm Eric Drumm comes to us from Northern California with a very diverse background, where most recently he was part of Homeland Security. Eric has a background in police work and several years as an assistant youth camp program director. Eric is excited about fulfilling the call of God in his life to youth ministry, and his current position here as Youth Director.

Directors of Congregational Ministries, Scott & Kathy Erdahl Children’s Ministry, Young Marrieds/Singles, Small Groups, Senior Ministry Scott and Kathy have both had the blessing of knowing the Lord from a young age. Scott has attended BPPC since childhood. They served in public education for 25 years, in both teaching and administrative positions. They have volunteered at BPPC for more than 20 years working with Student Ministries. In 2004 they both received Diplomas in Christian Studies from Regent College in Vancouver, B.C. In 2008 they were called to Boulevard Park Presbyterian Church as full-time staff. They have a passion for building relationships through discipleship, supporting individuals to grow in Christ, and empowering families to be increasingly committed to spiritual formation in the home. They also have a heart for seniors and desire to see them supported and challenged to use their gifting in continued service for God. Scott and Kathy have been married for 15 years, enjoy traveling, hiking, and being with others.
